The Vine Earrings

These beautiful earrings feature a cross that is covered in grapevines. As I looked at the cross I was reminded of a scripture in John 15. Verse 5 says, " 'I am the Vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him bears much fruit, for [otherwise] apart from Me [that is, cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.' "

When accept Jesus free gift of salvation, we become apart of that vine. As we move into closer union with Him, we meld into that vine and become fruit bearing branches through His blood and our trust in and love for Him (Colossians 2:6, John 15:5, 7-8).
