Here are answers to Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request an exchange or return?

Email us at support@hsdesignsglobal.com, and please provide a picture of the damaged or defective product in your email, if requesting an exchange or return. If the request for exchange or return is made within 10 days of receiving the product, then a return shipping label will be emailed to the provided customer email address. A confirmation that the product was received will be sent to the customer.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

  If you are approved for an exchange, then your exchange for the same item, or an item of equal value will be processed and sent to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

**Please note that All returns and exchanges must be approved before an actual refund is given or an exchange is processed.

What if my request for a return or an exchange is denied?

  If your request for a return or exchange is denied, then unfortunately there is nothing that we can do. Please be sure to note that the window for the return policy applies to the date of receipt.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping at $8.00 for every order under $35.

Free shipping on all orders of $35 and above.

How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS as soon as your order is shipped.

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to reach you may vary. Please allow 1-7 business for your order to reach you before contacting customer service.

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, as of right now we only ship within the United States, but we will be shipping internationally very soon.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed? 

All changes to orders are processed by us, so if an order needs to be edited or canceled, please contact us at support@hsdesignsglobal.com. Please note that all changes or cancellations MUST be made before the order(s) is shipped. Once the order(s) is shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.

If you need to change anything with your order or wish to return the item(s) for a refund after it has been shipped, then please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

How do I redeem a promotional code?

All promotional codes can be entered at checkout in the Discount Code box.

If the discount specified does not have a promo code, then the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Keep in mind that only one discount can be used at checkout. A promotional code and an automatic discount cannot be applied simultaneously.
