God wants you to experience joy in His presence. "You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore." Psalms 16:11
If you are empty, alone, worn out, helpless or feeling emotionless, then you will feel peace of His joy and be filled with it. He wants you to laugh. Allow the joy you experience to overflow and spread to those around you.
